Voucher Value: ₹5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only)

1. Validity: This voucher is valid until 25th December 2026. Any voucher not redeemed
   on or before the expiry date shall automatically lapse and become invalid. No extension
   of validity shall be permitted.
2. Value: Each Rs 5,000 Yakuza Voucher shall have a face value of Rs 5,000 and shall be
   used toward the purchase of an eligible Yakuza electric scooter.
3. Redemption: The voucher may be redeemed against eligible purchases through the
   Company’s official website or authorised dealers, subject to applicable redemption
   procedures.
4. Non-Cashable: This voucher is not exchangeable for cash, and no cash refund shall
   be provided against its value.
5. Single Use: The voucher is valid for one-time redemption only in a single transaction.
   Any unused balance will lapse and will not be refunded or carried forward.
6. Non-Transferable: The voucher is issued to the declared winner and cannot be
   transferred, resold, or exchanged for another voucher.
7. Eligible Products: The voucher may be used only for products specified by the
   Company. Applicable taxes, registration charges, insurance, delivery charges, and other
   additional costs shall be borne by the purchaser unless expressly covered by the offer.
8. Combination with Offers: The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts,
   coupons, or promotional schemes unless expressly permitted by the Company.
9. Verification: The Company reserves the right to verify the voucher and the winner’s
   eligibility before redemption. Duplicate, altered, fraudulent, or previously redeemed
   vouchers may be rejected.
10. Loss or Misuse: The Company shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, copied, or
    unauthorisedly used vouchers.
11. Final Conditions: Redemption is subject to product availability and the Company’s
    applicable policies. Any dispute shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
